Gunnar's Baby Dedication

Yesterday, we had Gunnar's baby dedication at church.  My parents, my brother, my sister and her family and Nathan's grandmother all came to support us.  All of the kids decided they wanted to go to the front with us when we prayed over Gunnar.  It was really sweet.

Here is our Pastor Marc Lawson.  The kids all call him Papa Marc.  He has dedicated all 5 of our kids.  He along with the rest of the congregation prayed over Gunnar.

Gunnar was so funny.  He had such a serious face and was just staring at everyone :)
Once Pastor Marc was finished praying, he gave Gunnar to Nathan since he is the spiritual leader of our home.  Marc commented about our "quiver" and "little disciples" as well.  Ha ha!

After church, we went out to lunch with my parents and brother at our favorite Mexican restaurant, Tecali Grille.  We asked the waiter to take a photo of all of us.  There was not one of everyone looking, but that is what happens with such a large group.  I am learning to accept this.

Gunnar slept most of the lunch.

We tried to get photos as well outside the restaurant.  Not everyone was looking on these photos either, but at least we documented it.

Later in the evening, I got a couple of photos of Gunnar by himself.  My friend, Paige, made him this onesie when he was born.  I love it!

It was a wonderful day celebrating Gunnar.  Happy 4 months old to our precious baby boy!
