Today I am super thankful for my Mom and Nathan. Last night while I was waiting on Nathan to get home from his photoshoot in Tennessee, my tummy started feeling pretty bad. Things went from bad to worst. I will spare you the details, but I literally did not sleep at all last night. It was horrible! I am pretty sure I ate something that was bad.
At 3:30 in the morning, I woke Nathan up and asked him to go to the grocery store and get me some Kaopectate hoping that would calm my tummy down. I was so thankful that he did that. He had been driving for 9 hours that day already and I know he was so tired, but he came to my rescue.
Finally, at 6 am I started feeling better. I still couldn't sleep, but I felt like I was on the downhill. I called my Mom who was supposed to be coming over today to help me with sorting winter clothes. I asked her if she would be willing to just keep an eye on the older 4 kids for me instead so I could sleep. It was wonderful. She took care of the older 4 and even did school with Cooper and Kindle. I was able to get some sleep between feeding Gunnar. Tonight, I was able to hold down some chicken noodle soup and bread. My tummy still is not back to 100%, but it is getting there.
I just wanted to publicly thank my Mom and Nathan for their help today. I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't helped me.
